Our wines
It’s always special: wines from North Holland that can hold their own against wines from traditional wine countries like France and Italy. We manage to create them with special grape varieties, proven techniques, the dedicated volunteers, and a lot of tender loving care.
‘t Witte genieten 2023
A fresh, dry white wine. The wine is a cuvée made from the grape varieties Solaris and Johanniter. The exact composition varies each year. Price per bottle: €15.50. Extra bottle on the terrace or in the vineyard: €34.50.
Gris d’Adriana
A dry, fresh white wine made from Souvignier Gris and Solaris grapes. We named the wine Gris d’Adriana after the farm that was once located where The Amsteltuin now stands. Price per bottle for home: €15.50. Extra bottle on the terrace or in the vineyard: €34.50. Sold out
Gijsbrecht fris
Gijsbrecht fris is a fresh, fruity white wine. We blended our own wine, made from Johanniter, Solaris and Souvignier Gris grapes, with wine from Germany. The wine is named after Gijsbrecht van Amstel, a lord of the land in Amstelland in the 13th century. Gijsbrecht fris is delicious on the terrace or with a light lunch. Price per bottle: € 17,50. Gijsbrecht vol
Een volle, maar droge witte wijn. Dat is Gijsbrecht vol. De wijn is gemaakt van onze Johanniter, Solaris en Souvignier druiven. Daarna blendden we de wijn met onder meer met een op hout gerijpte Johanniter uit Limburg. De wijn is genoemd naar Gijsbrecht van Amstel, in de 13e eeuw landheer in het Amstelland. Smaakt goed bij vis en diverse kazen. Price per bottle: € 17,50. Extra bottle on the terrace or in the vineyard: €36.50.
‘t Bruisende genieten
A rosé with a little bubble. A great choice for any festive occasion! This rosé is made from Pinotin grapes. Price per bottle: €16.50. Extra bottle on the terrace or in the vineyard: €36.50. Sold out
‘t Rode genieten
The red wine always takes a bit longer; in May, we bottled ‘t Rode genieten 2019. This red wine, made from Cabernet Cortis and Pinotin, has been aged for over 18 months in oak barrels. A full wine, perfect with beef or cheese. Extra bottle on the terrace or in the vineyard: €39.50.
